The galette des rois is a cake traditionally shared at Epiphany, on January 6.  It celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem. These mini galettes are composed of puff pastry, traditional frangipane (almond cream) and a choice of apricot jam or nutella filling. Each box contains 4 galettes.
