Youth Class: Beginning French Baking

Wednesdays, Oct. 12, 19, 26 and Nov. 2

Grades 4 & 5     3:30-5:00pm

$200/student

In this beginner class we will make a number of easy and fun French snacks and desserts including: yogurt cake, palmier cookies, sablé cookies, madeleines and more! No baking experience necessary!

Youth Class: French Dinner Party

Section 1: Wednesdays, Nov. 9, 16, 30 and Dec. 7

Grades 4 & 5     3:30-5:00pm

Section 2: Thursdays, Nov. 10, 17, Dec. 1 and Dec. 8

Grades 6-12    3:30-5:00pm

Over this 4 class series, we'll learn how to make a French meal together from start to finish! No cooking experience necessary. 

Class 1, Appetizers and table setting: In this first class we'll make gougères, cheese straws & palmiers with store bought puff pastry, and learn to make simple flower arrangements and table settings

Class 2, Entrée: Learn how to make a juicy roast chicken, green beans with almonds, and scalloped potatoes.

Class 3, Entrée: In this class we'll tackle another classic French entrée-boeuf bourguignon!

Class 4: Dessert: For our last class we'll bake a delicious and simple apple galette, as well as chocolate mousse.

 

Adult Class: Holiday Apéro

Friday Dec. 9, 7-9pm or

Sunday Dec. 11, 4-6pm

$75/student

Kick off the holiday season with this fun and festive class! We will make a variety of apéro snacks and cocktails that you can easily recreate at home, including gougéres, savory palmiers & sablés and a variety of dips and spreads. No party is complete without dessert! We'll make a decadent chocolate mousse with a variety of toppings that's perfect for a crowd.

* Note: If you have a group of 4 or more interested in a different weekly time, please contact me and I will try to accommodate! I will also offer a $50 discount for a group of 4 or more booking together.

Policies: Classes require a minimum of 4 students to run. If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of a class/workshop your payment will be refunded in full.  No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the scheduled class. I cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. If I cancel a class due to low enrollment, all payments will be refunded in full. Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to class.
